This is HERALD.  He is a Australian Hamster and he lives at the Valley Herald.  He likes to play on his wheel, rearrange his house and roll around the office in his ball.

This is KRITTER.  She is a Chinese Crested and she comes to work at the Valley Herald every day.  She loves the clients and she loves to go sell ads with Sharee.  She also likes to play with Herald and whines when his ball gets stuck.

This is FREEWATER.  He is a Beta Fish and lives on the wall at the Valley Herald.  He lives with a live plant and he reads the Valley Herald, which is mounted behind him.  We wonder if he gets bored reading SeeYa's column every day.

RIP Nov. 1007 - June 16, 2008.  This was FRAZIER.  He was a Chinese Water Dragon that lived at the Valley Herald with all the other critters.  He liked to sit on your shoulder or your head when you worked and didn't ever want to go back in his tank.  We miss Frazier.

This is BRANDY.  She is a Poodle and lives at Suncatcher on North Main.  She loves it when shoppers come in and she loves all of the art.  She owns and runs the art studio and her person, Jo Lowe is allowed to work there.

This is SEEYA.  She writes a column in the paper called "On the Road with SeeYa."  She likes to be the boss and can't wait for Melanie and Sharee to build her a pen at the office so she can come to town once in a while.

This is LUCKY.  She is a black widow spider that lives in the tasting room of Beresan Winery located at 4169 Pepper Bridge Rd in Walla Walla.  LUCKY got her name because she is lucky they rescued her from the well house and she is lucky that they feed her.  She is a hit with all of the guests and has been with the Waliser family for about a year.  Click on her picture to the left and it will take you to where she lives.

This is BUDDY.  He lives at Home Sweet Home in Milton-Freewater.  His job is to great his customers and show them their next new house.  You can call him at 938-0120 or go see him on HWY 11.

This is CASSIE.  She lives at Allrite Carpet in Milton-Freewater.  Her job is to show you all the top quality flooring that she has in her store.  In this picture, she is helping a customer pick out the color for their new house.  She lives on Hwy 11 and can be reached at 938-3090.

This is JIP.  He is a Red Boarder Collie that lives with the Valley Herald's graphic artist, Heidi Thomas.  He loves to come to the office everyday and play with Kritter.  Kritter is not happy that there is someone else in the office her size.

This is TUCKER.  He one of the shop greeters at Three Diva's Beads in Milton-Freewater.  His has a great eye for beautiful beads that will complete your next project.  You can call him at 938-3727 or go see him at 610 1/2 North Main.

This is POPPY.  She helps Tucker above with his greeting job at the Tree Divas Beads in Milton-Freewater.  Being just a puppy, Poppy takes orders from Tucker.

This is McCOY.  He is a Bearded Dragon and lives at the Valley Herald.  He likes it when people hold him and he gets out of his cage.  He is just a baby now and will be about 2 feet long when he is grown.

This is BIRDIE GREEN & BIRDIE Yellow.  They are Parakeets and they live at the Valley Herald.  They both start laughing when we laugh and phone ringing sets them off.

This is VINCENT.  He is a Chinchilla and lives at the Valley Herald office.  He loves to be held and he is very soft and likes to roam around the office following Herald.
